your satisfaction is important to us. we know online shopping can be difficult, which is why we have a 14 day store credit and refund policy. if your aexae does not fit just how you wanted it to, you can complete the following steps:
1. prior to returning your item(s), please email us to request a returns form at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. complete the returns form and include the original garment bag your order arrived in (unless you are keeping any item(s) from your order).
for all returns: ship back the package to us using a courier of your choice. be sure to include your order number on the returns form. we recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method as aexae is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
3. please return your package to the returns address on the form.
4. once received we will send an email confirming your package has been processed and a store credit or refund has been issued via email within 24-48 hours.
5. now that you have received your store credit or refund you can place a new order online for any different styles, colors or sizes.
