Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14 day return policy for a store credit or exchange on all full-priced items, to complete a return please follow the below steps.
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return.
2. AEXAE offers one prepaid shipping label per order that will be deducted from your store credit. Please download this label once received via email.
3. Please ensure the following criteria is met to be eligible for a return: the garment is in its original packaging, with swing-tag attached. The garment is in perfect condition - it may not be worn, washed or damaged. You have the receipt or proof of purchase. You have obtained a prepaid shipping label via the AEXAE returns portal.
4. To schedule a collection please call your local DHL office and quote them your AWB listed on the prepaid returns label.
5. AEXAE reserves the right to reject any items for exchange or store credit return that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not received within 14 days from delivery the items will no longer be eligible for a return. If your exchange or return is rejected, you will be notified by email.
6. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will exchange or issue a store credit for the order less the duties and taxes paid via your original payment method. You will receive an email confirming when the store credit or exchange is issued.

United Arab Emirates: £40
Rest of World: £50
