We have a 14 day return policy, you can complete the following steps for a return:
1. Prior to returning your item(s), please email us to request a returns form at info@aexae.com
2. Complete the returns form and include the original garment bag your order arrived in (unless you are keeping any item(s) from your order).
For all returns please ship back the package using a courier of your choice. Be sure to include your order number on the returns form. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method as AEXAE is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
3. Please return your package using the returns address on the form.
4. Once received we will issue a credit note within 48 hours of receiving your return.
*All UK sale items are only eligible for a store credit return. All International sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. For further queries please contact us at info@aexae.com.
