DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
AEXAE offers complimentary domestic express shipping on all orders over £500 to the United Kingdom. DHL Express is our vendor for all domestic orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
FedEx & DHL Express are our vendors for all international orders. Please keep in mind orders are typically processed when all items are available. If you have any queries, please contact info@aexae.com. DHL offers On Demand Delivery (ODD), this allows customers to waive the signature requirement or update their delivery information. Customers will have this option once the order has shipped from our warehouse. AEXAE does not accept any liability for lost or stolen packages without a signature. We recommend entering a shipping address where someone will be present to sign for and accept the order.
DHL Express operates between 9:00am and 6:00pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, please keep in mind DHL Express cannot deliver to PO Boxes of APO / FPO addresses.
